Meet Elise Abbruzzese
Elise Abbruzzese is the founder of Hera be Well. She is, first and foremost, a mother. She is also a chef, integrative health coach, and postpartum doula. She works with women who want to attain a healthy balance in every aspect of their lives. Her clients intuitively understand that this balance is the most optimal way to enter motherhood, but they often need guidance and support. Elise founded Hera be Well to assist women throughout their fertility journey.
As a health coach, Elise helps women identify the areas of their health they wish to improve and provides information and resources to guide their growth.
As a chef specializing in health-supportive cooking, she collaborates with clients to create plant-based recipes using ingredients known to enhance fertility and support postpartum rejuvenation.
As a postpartum doula, she prepares deeply nourishing meals, supports physical recovery, and assists with infant care and feeding. Emotional support is provided for the entire family, and a curated referral network is available when additional expertise is needed.
Through her own health journey, Elise discovered the power of integrative and alternative medicine. She has personally experienced the healing impact of whole foods and healthy lifestyle practices. She delivered both of her children without medication and nursed them for over fifteen months each. Her children continue to thrive on a primarily whole-food diet. Elise truly walks her talk.
